Variation in Products
Our products come directly from nature with minimal processing and as a result there is no synthetic standardization. Ingredients are subject to the variations of nature such as temperature, rainfall, sunlight, etc. This can create a slight variation in color, scent and texture of products. These differences from batch to batch are considered normal and in no way are regarded as defects in the quality of our products. In fact, we celebrate variation - just as nature intended.
We guarantee our products to give you 100% satisfaction. We have a 'no questions asked' return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return the product within 30 days of ordering and we will replace it, exchange it, or refund your money, your choice. We would like to know why you are returning the product, but it's O.K. if you don't want to say why.

We receive frequent requests for free samples but we do not provide free samples. In an effort to keep our product affordable, we have chosen not to pass the expense of free samples onto our customers in the form of higher product pricing. We do sell some products in small sizes to try.
