Refund policy

Alpenglow Skin Care LLC Guarantee & Refund Policy:

We guarantee our products to give you 100% satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return the product within 30 days of purchase and we will exchange it or refund your money, your choice. We would like to know why you are returning the product. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you need to exchange or return an item, please email us or call 907-235-1412 to obtain our return shipping address in Anchor Point, Alaska. You will be responsible for return shipping costs and orginal shipping costs are non-refundable. If you request a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Returns must be in original packaging. Gift cards are non-returnable. Sale items cannot be refunded, only regular priced items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
